Step 1: Melt paraffin in the appliance and allow it to cool to 125 degress F.

Step 2: Remove all jewelry, and thoroughly wash and dry the area you want to treat.

Step 3: Dip your feet into the paraffin bath for up to 30 minutes to increase circulation and relieve pain and stiffness.

Step 4: Wait for paraffin to penetrate body and increase blood supply to the skin, while also opening pores and trapping moisture from underlying layers of skin.
